Frequently Asked Questions.

Why TrueArc Creative?

We take a story driven approach to every project. Before we ever pick up a camera, we learn your goals, your audience, and what you want people to feel when they watch. On shoot day you'll know exactly what to expect, we keep things relaxed, and when we wrap we turn the edit around fast because your deadlines matter.

What services do you offer?

We offer video production and photography, with options for full production, filming only, or editing only. Full production covers everything from planning to final edit. Need a camera operator for your existing crew? We step in and deliver clean organized footage. Have footage that needs a great edit? We take what you have and turn it into something worth sharing.

What types of projects do you specialize in?

We specialize in corporate videos, brand stories, interviews, events, and social media content. We also work with clients and agencies who need a skilled camera operator to capture footage for their own editor or team.

Can you work with my existing team or agency?

Yes. We regularly work as a production partner for agencies across the country, handling the filming and editing while you maintain the client relationship. We adapt to your workflow and creative direction so the process feels seamless on your end.

What equipment do you use?

We use Sony FX3 and A7 IV cinema cameras with a full lighting and audio setup so your video looks and sounds polished no matter the environment.

How does pricing work?

Every project is scoped individually based on deliverables, shoot days, and turnaround. We require a 25% deposit to hold your date with the balance due on final delivery. We give transparent quotes with no hidden costs. Reach out with your project details and we'll send a clear number.

Have you worked with large brands or organizations?

Yes. Past clients include Bank of America, Kaiser Permanente, Pepperdine University, and National Review. We’re comfortable working within brand guidelines, navigating approval processes, and adapting to the pace larger organizations require.

Do you travel for shoots?

Yes. We travel locally and nationally depending on the project and schedule. Travel costs are always discussed upfront so there are no surprises.

How long does delivery take?

Video projects typically follow a two to four week timeline from shoot day to final delivery, including drafts, feedback, and revisions. Simpler projects often move faster. Photo projects are delivered within three to five days. Rush options are available for both.
